  • Yes, absolutely. We work with an amazing photographer, Dan, who is brilliant at making you feel at ease and capturing the moment naturally. You can view his work here: Daniel Livings Photography. If he isn’t available for your chosen date, we also have other wonderful photographers we can recommend, so you’ll still have beautiful options to choose from for capturing your special moment.

  • Yes, location guidance is part of the experience! You will be sent a welcome pack which includes links to various locations around the Binalong Bay area. Setups can be arranged in scenic outdoor locations, private accommodation, residences, venues, or businesses depending on the service and setting.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the booking date. If booking within 14 days, full payment is required to confirm.

  • We monitor the forecast in the lead-up to your booking and will be in touch if the weather looks unsuitable. Where possible, your setup can be moved to a nominated back-up location or rescheduled. For this reason, it’s always recommend to have a Plan B option such as private accommodation or a holiday rental.

  • Definetely! We offer a selection of colours and styling options for you to choose from, so your setup can feel aligned with the occasion and overall look you’re after. The setting can be designed to reflect your partner’s style, whether that feels romantic and luxe or more natural and relaxed.

  • Yes. Travel within 20km of Binalong Bay is included, and locations beyond that will incur a travel fee, with a quote provided at the time of booking. We travel to locations across the East Coast, including Bay of Fires surrounds, Scamander, Bicheno, and Freycinet, Hobart, Launceston and beyond.

  • Tasmania is full of beautiful places to propose, from secluded beaches and coastal lookouts to private accommodation, vineyards, gardens, and scenic spots along the East Coast and beyond. We can help guide you toward a location that suits the kind of moment you want, whether that feels private, relaxed, dramatic, or beautifully styled. If you’re not sure where to start, we’ll help narrow down the best options based on privacy, weather, accessibility, and the overall experience you’re planning.

  • School holidays and the time after Christmas can bring a few more people to the area. To help create a more private and relaxed experience, I often recommend morning or late afternoon picnics as those times are usually much quieter and can almost always help avoid the crowds. While I do hold a National Parks business licence, I’m not able to reserve public spots, but I always do my best to choose the right timing and setting so it feels as intimate as possible. In my experience, people are very respectful and tend to move on once they realise something special is happening. I also have a some great private spots up my sleeve!
